  • 2 heads celery
  • 2 large onions
  • 2 large cooking apples

Method

Separate the celery sticks and wash them thoroughly.

Discard any that are particularly coarse and trim the rest.

Chop the celery, including the leaves, quite small.

Peel and chop the onions about the same size.

Peel, core and chop the apples.

Place them in a bowl, cover with some fresh water and the l
