This unusual method of cooking asparagus is one of the quickest ways of serving fresh asparagus as a vegetable. Buy less expensive, thinner green sticks.

Ingredients

  • 450–675 g/1–1⅓ lb fresh asparagus
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

Method
