Ingredients

  • 100 g/4 oz Cheddar cheese
  • 2 dessert apples
  • squeeze of lemon juice
  • 50 g/2 oz walnuts

    Method

    Coarsely grate the cheese. Peel, core and grate the apples and toss in a little lemon juice. Coarsely chop the walnuts and mix all together. Use to fill six sandwiches.
