Ingredients

  • 100 g/4 oz butter
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
  • 1 level teaspoon dried mixed herbs

    Method

    Cream the butter and lemon juice together, then add the parsley and mixed herbs. Blend well and use as above.
