Ingredients

  • 100 g/4 oz butter
  • 2 teaspoons hot water
  • 100 g/4 oz Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley

    Method

    Cream together the butter and hot water. Beat in the grated cheese and chopped parsley and use as above.
