Method

Party dips should be well flavoured. They should also be fairly soft in consistency, so that biscuits or crisps dipped into the mixture do not break up and leave the dip looking unattractive. The most simple dips are those using a mixture of soured cream and dried soup powder. They are made in a jiffy and are surprisingly tasty.
