According to many a snap poll, chicken tikka masala is one of Britain’s favourite meals. You can whip together my simple version of this popular curry in under 45 minutes. Although chicken tikka masala has its roots in Indian cuisine, it’s believed to have originated in Britain thanks to the immigrant South Asian community. Feel free to serve the curry alongside all your favourite Indian accompaniments; I tend to go for plain rice and naan bread.
