If you enjoy salty, zingy foods then you’ll love this sauce – the anchovies, capers and olives give this a real punch.
Drain the anchovies, reserving 1 tablespoon of oil from the tin. Roughly chop the anchovies, capers and olives.
Heat the olive oil and anchovy oil in a frying pan (skillet) over a low heat. Add the red onion and fry for 8-10 minutes or until softened.
Add the garlic and anchovies and fry for 1 minute before stirring in the chilli flakes and cooking for 30 seconds.
Scatte
