Sausage and Mozzarella Pasta Bake

While I stand by my Tuna Pasta Bake being the holder of the best pasta bake award, sometimes you need a change. What better way to do that than with pasta enveloped in tomato and mozzarella with nuggets of sausage? If you’re using a chorizo-style sausage then try adding some sun-dried tomatoes and paprika, whilst a pork and fennel sausage can be complemented with more veg, such as courgettes (zucchini) and mushrooms.
