Pasta, tomatoes, cheese, great with garlic bread; I’ll be having seconds, thank you. When I make this lasagne, I usually use half a batch of the ragù. I’ve included instructions here for a quicker ragù, which I use when I don’t have any of my usual ragù in the freezer. It’s delicious and makes it all a little quicker when cooking from scratch.
