1 kg skin-on baby potatoes, cut into 3cm chunks<

Method

  1. Bring a large, deep saucepan of water to the boil. Turn the heat up and keep the water gently bubbling.
  2. Add the potato chunks to the water. Throw in a good pinch of salt and boil for 20 minutes, or until they are cooked through.
