8 tbsp Granola

Method

  1. In two small bowls or glasses, layer 2 tablespoons of Granola, then 25g of the fruit, followed by 2 tablespoons of yoghurt.
  2. Add another layer of each ingredient to the bowls and eat immediately.
  3. You can defrost the frozen fruit the night before but I like to eat from frozen - the berries chill the Greek yoghurt, giving it an ice-cream-like consistency
