100 g porridge oats

Method

  1. Put on your kettle to boil. Add the porridge oats to a saucepan and pour in 750ml boiling water.
  2. Add the stock cube, spring onion and sundried tomatoes, reserving some for a garnish. Bring it all to the boil, then lower the temperature and stir for 8-10 minutes.
