Method

  1. Leaving the skin on, grate the apples and divide them between two bowls.
  2. Add 50g of the porridge oats to each bowl and pour 50ml of the milk over the top.
  3. Add ½ teaspoon of vanilla essence to each bowl, if using, then stir everything together and place both bowls in the fridge.
  4. In the morning, mix 1 tablespoon of the cream into each bowl. En
