Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (fan 180°C/gas mark 6).
  2. Add the flour, chopped dark chocolate, sugar and salt to a mixing bowl.
  3. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over a low heat. Take it off the heat and mix in the milk and cream.
