Method

  1. Roughly chop the chocolate and place it in a small pan with 3 tablespoons of water and the sugar, if using. Gently heat until the chocolate has melted, then remove from the heat, quickly whisk together to combine and leave to cool.
  2. If you didn’t make double quantities yesterday, make the batter by whisking together the milk, egg, salt and flour. Whisk thoroughl
