3 ripe peaches, halved and de-stoned

Method

  1. Turn the grill on to a hot heat. If you don’t have a grill, these can also be cooked in a non-stick frying pan or griddle over a medium-hot heat.
  2. Place the peach halves on a baking tray, skin-side down. Drizzle the honey over the flesh and place the peaches under the grill for 5 minutes.
  3. Serve hot with Greek yoghurt.
