500 g gnocchi

Method

  1. Put on your kettle to boil and fill a large deep saucepan.
  2. Add the gnocchi to the saucepan with a pinch of salt. Simmer for 2 minutes until the gnocchi rises to the surface, then drain and add back to the empty saucepan.
  3. Add a handful of spinach to the gnocchi with the pesto.
  4. Season with pepper and serve immediately.
