1 x 400 g tin of chickpeas, drained and rinsed</

Method

  1. Add the chickpeas to a deep large bowl. Pour in 2 tablespoons of water along with the olive oil and lemon juice.
  2. Add the tahini paste (if using), garlic, and salt. Use the stick blender to pulse it all together until smooth. Drizzle with olive oil. Keep refrigerated in an airtight container or jar for 2-3 days.
