Method

  1. Put on your kettle to boil.
  2. Pour the flour into a large bowl along with a good pinch of salt, 1 tablespoon of the olive oil and chopped coriander, if using. Pour 175ml boiling water over the flour mixture and stir with a fork until a soft dough has formed.
