Our whole family are big noodle fans, so when it was my eldest son Ben's turn to cook this week, this was a popular choice. Really simple recipe and a great use for our stockpile of Japanese curry sauce. Ben jazzed it up with a fried egg on top of each bowl, which worked well, too!
