  • 3 pinches coarse salt
  • 4 handfuls frozen edamame* (soy beans in pods, available from Asian supermarkets)</

Method

Bring a saucepan of water to the boil with 2 pinches of the salt. Add the edamame and cook for about 5–6 minutes (depending on the time given on the packet). Drain and serve in a bowl.
