You can tame the heat by using plain vegetable juice, but this version of the quintessential brunch cocktail has a peppery flavor that isn’t painful. Serve it simple—or, with enough garnishes, it becomes a meal!

Ingredients

  • 4 cups spicy vegetable or tomato juice, chilled
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

Method

Combine vegetable juice, lime juice, okra brine, seasoning blend, Worcestershire, horseradish, celery seeds, smoked paprika, and vodka in a pitcher.

Pour into ice-filled glasses and garnish as desired.
