  • 450 g plain flour
  • 150 g stoneground wholemeal flour

Method

Place the flour in a bowl, make a well in the centre and add all the other ingredients to the well. Mix together with your fingertips until the dough is amalgamated. Knead for five to ten minutes on a floured surface. Divide the dough into two. Lightly dust a flat baking tray 40-cm long and roll out the pieces of dough to the length of the tray.
