For the Pea Juice

  • 600 g frozen peas
  • 300 ml cold water
  • salt to taste


Blend the peas with the water until smooth. Season with a little salt. Place in cheesecloth and hang in the fridge over a bowl for 6 hours. Discard the solids and check the seasoning of the juice again. The juice is best served on the same day.
