For the Alexanders

  • 200 ml water
  • 100 g salted butter
  • 120 x 2

Method

Warm the water and whisk in the butter to make an emulsion. Season with a little salt. When the emulsion is hot, add the alexanders and cook until tender. Serve immediately.
