Ingredients

For the Vinaigrette

  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 30 ml white wine vinegar
  • 10

Method

Mix all the ingredients together. Check the seasoning and if you want, add a little more of each to suit your personal taste. Store in a squeezy bottle and shake before each use to emulsify the ingredients. Season the daikon with a little vinaigrette just before serving.
