For the Pickled Cranberries

  • 75 ml water
  • 75 ml white wine vinegar
  • 75


Bring the water, vinegar, salt and sugar up to the boil. Pour over the cranberries and leave to hydrate for 1 hour. Store in an airtight container in the fridge until needed.
