For the Shitake Mushrooms

  • 200 g shitake mushrooms
  • 15 ml sunflower oil
  • 5


Thinly slice the mushrooms, and roast them in the oven in oil and butter until golden brown. Remove from the oven, pour over the teriyaki and leave to marinate for a minimum of 6 hours.
