Brown Butter Croutons

Method

Tear the bread into small pieces. Warm the beurre noisette to 150°C. Add the torn bread and cook for a couple of minutes until golden brown. Remove from the pan and leave to dry on kitchen paper. Keep in an airtight container until needed.
