For the Balsamic Vinegar Reduction

  • 1 l balsamic vinegar
  • 100 ml apple juice
  • 50

Method

Place the vinegar, apple juice and sugar into a large pan. Bring to the boil and reduce until a thin syrup is achieved. Add the citric acid and leave to cool.
