For the Buttermilk Curds

  • 1 l buttermilk
  • salt to taste

Method

Place buttermilk in cheesecloth and hang over a bowl in the fridge for 12 hours. Keep the whey for making breads, cakes, etc. Place the curds in an airtight container. Store for up to 3 days.
