For the Crispy Wild Rice

  • 50 g wild rice
  • sunflower oil for deep-frying
  • salt to taste


Heat the oil to 220°C. Add the rice. It will pop straight away: after 3 seconds lift out onto kitchen towel. Season with salt. Store in an airtight container until needed.
