Pickled Turnip

For the Pickled Turnip

• 1 large turnip
• 50 ml pickling juice

Peel the turnip and slice on a mandoline into 1.5mm rounds, place in a sous vide bag with the pickling juice and compress on full. Store in the bag until needed.
