For the Roast Artichokes

  • 200 g salted butter
  • 25 ml olive oil
  • 10

Method

Melt the butter in the oil over a medium heat in a frying pan big enough to hold the artichokes in 1 single layer. Add the artichokes and slowly cook for 90 minutes until completely roasted. Keep warm in the butter until ready to serve.
