Pickled Artichokes

For the Pickled Artichokes

• 2 medium-sized artichokes
• 50 ml pickling juice

Slice the artichokes at a thickness of 1 mm. Place in a sous vide bag with the pickling juice. Compress on full and store in the fridge until needed.
