For the Roasted St George’s Mushrooms

  • olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic, finely sliced
  • 200 g st george’s


Warm a little olive oil and gently fry off the garlic for about 2 minutes. Strain the now flavoured oil into a clean pan and heat. Add the mushrooms and fry until soft, around 3-4 minutes. Finish with the shallot and chives and season with a little salt.
