For the Wilted Wild Garlic

  • 100 ml water
  • 50 g salted butter
  • 5

Method

Bring the water, butter and salt up to the boil. Whisk to emulsify. Add the wild garlic leaves and cook for 15 seconds. Remove from the liquid and re-season if needed.
