We all grew up eating mivvis – strawberry split lollies with vanilla ice cream in the middle, dipped in strawberry juice and then frozen. They were amazing as a kid!

Our Mivvis are made from beetroot custard with raspberry vinegar, that we’ve coated in a very thin white chocolate and cocoa butter. They’re dusted with strands of freeze-dried raspberries, giving a really tart, acidic hit.
