For the Pistachios

  • 25 g shelled pistachios
  • sea salt flakes

Method

Cover the pistachios with boiling water. Leave to hydrate for 12 hours. Strain off any excess liquid. Split the pistachios in half. Season with salt and store in an airtight container until needed.
