For the Parsnip Syrup

  • 250 g golden syrup
  • 250 ml water
  • 125

Method

Bring the golden syrup, water and parsnips up to a gentle simmer. Cook for 20 minutes. Take off the heat and allow to cool. Pass through a chinoise.
