  • 20 g dried coriander seeds
  • 200 g halen môn sea salt

Method

Toast the coriander seeds in a dry pan.

Roughly grind the seeds. Add half the salt and gently grind again. Fold in the rest of the salt. Store in an airtight container until needed.
