  • 250 g fresh elderflower heads
  • 500 ml of sunflower oil


Tightly pack the flowers in a sterilised container. Heat the oil to 50°C and pour over the elderflowers. Cover the container and allow to cool. Leave in the fridge to infuse for 2 days.

Blend all the ingredients together for 5 minutes in a high-powered blender until smooth. Place in a centrifuge and run on a 20 minute cycle with no heat. Strain off the vibrant, clear oil, leaving the se
