Ingredients

  • 100 g caster sugar
  • 150 ml white wine vinegar

Method

Boil the sugar and vinegar for 1 minute until the sugar has dissolved. Allow the juice to go cold. Pass through a chinoise. Store in an airtight container until needed. This recipe can also be used for any type of flavoured vinegar.
