Ingredients

  • 150 g wholemeal wheat or spelt flour
  • 150 g strong white flour
  • 450

Method

Mix all the ingredients for the sourdough in a bowl. Cover and keep at room temperature for 2 days making sure it is stirred every few hours. The mix is ready when it has trebled in size and has live pockets of air across the surface.
