Mix together thoroughly the kheuang horn, the minced pork and the ginger flower petals. Add fish sauce and salt. Taste and check the saltiness. Then put in the chopped spring onion leaves, and mix all together.
Put the mixture on pieces of banana leaf, wrap it up and cook the package over a charcoal fire. When it is cooked transfer the contents to a platter. Serve it with any kind of Keng phak (Vegetable soup).
