Method

Check that all the ingredients have been prepared. Put the pieces of frog into a large bowl. Add the Kheuang hom and mix thoroughly, then add salt and fish sauce. Sprinkle a little water over the mixture, just enough to keep it moist. Taste and check the saltiness. Then add th
