  • 6 hen’s eggs
  • (1 soupspoonful pork fat)
  • 3 straight-bulbed spring onions


Boil some water in a pot. Crack one of the eggs, open it and slip the egg into the boiling water without letting the yolk break. When it is cooked use a perforated ladle to take it out. Put it on a plate. Repeat until all the eggs are cooked.

Heat 1 soupspoonful of pork fat
