  • 1 piece of pork, about the size of a hand, sliced into pieces measuring 3 by 1.5 cm —make sure that you cut it into pieces which look nice—then rub salt

Method

Put a spoonful of pork fat in a wok and put the wok on the fire. When the fat is hot, fry in it the bulbs of the (10) spring onions and the pieces of pork. Continue frying and sprinkle fish sauce on it. When the pieces of pork are beginning the dry out and are giving off a good aroma, add the onion, together with enough coconut milk to cover the meat.
