  • 10 coconuts—grate the meat and make from it 9 soupbowls of the first and second extractions of coconut milk mixed together

Method

Put all the coconut milk in a big pot. Add the salt and the rice flour, and put the pot on the fire. Stir it continuously while it cooks. Once the rice flour is cooked (which will take about 10 minutes), add the sugar or ‘cane sugar paste’. Continue stirring until the mixture becomes sticky, then add the pounded peanuts and mix them into it thoroughly.
